Jessica Durham is committed to providing exceptional, personalized service and guidance in all areas of the real estate market. As a licensed Realtor in the state of Idaho for over eighteen years and an associate broker since 2018, she has built her businesses on extensive knowledge and commitment to providing only the best and most timely information to her clients, students, and peers.

She has specialized in a wide array of real estate projects including residential sales, land development, market segmentation and demographics studies, subdivision and property management, and marketing strategy implementation.

Jessica is one of a select few Realtors in Boise who represent St. Luke’s in their corporate relocation program; successfully working with incoming doctors and nurses relocating to the area. Additionally, Jessica is proud to serve on numerous community and real estate-focused boards and committees in the Treasure Valley, empowering her to remain well-connected within the real estate community.

Jessica combines her love of education with a passion for real estate through her instruction of Idaho Real Estate Commission-certified courses offered to real estate licensees and those seeking a real estate license in Idaho. She holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from Boise State University and an MBA from Northwest Nazarene University and uses her business background to strategically market properties and navigate the complex financial aspects of the real estate market.

Cancelation, Refund & No-show Policy

Attendees who wish to cancel their course registration may do so before the start of the course to receive a full refund. Cancellations must be made during normal business hours and submitted via email to education@boirealtors.com, phone calls and voice messages will not suffice. Please note that failure to cancel prior to the class start time or non-attendance will result in the forfeiture of the entire registration fee. BRR reserves the right to cancel a course at any time prior to the scheduled date whether due to inadequate enrollment, inclement weather, or any other unforeseen circumstances. In the unlikely event that this occurs, attendees will be promptly notified via email. If the course is canceled within less than 24 hours of start of course, BRR will also notify registrants via email and via text message to the number on file for the registrant.
