Cancelations, Refunds & No-shows Attendees who wish to cancel their course registration may do so before the start of the course to receive a full refund. Cancellations must be made during normal business hours and submitted via email to education@boirealtors.com, phone calls and voice messages will not suffice. Please note that failure to cancel prior to the class start time or non-attendance will result in the forfeiture of the entire registration fee. BRR reserves the right to cancel a course at any time prior to the scheduled date whether due to inadequate enrollment, inclement weather, or any other unforeseen circumstances. In the unlikely event that this occurs, attendees will be promptly notified via email.
