Jessica Durham is committed to providing exceptional, personalized service and guidance in all areas of the real estate market. As a licensed Realtor in the state of Idaho for over eighteen years and an associate broker since 2018, she has built her businesses on extensive knowledge and commitment to providing only the best and most timely information to her clients, students, and peers.

She has specialized in a wide array of real estate projects including residential sales, land development, market segmentation and demographics studies, subdivision and property management, and marketing strategy implementation.

Jessica is one of a select few Realtors in Boise who represent St. Luke’s in their corporate relocation program; successfully working with incoming doctors and nurses relocating to the area. Additionally, Jessica is proud to serve on numerous community and real estate-focused boards and committees in the Treasure Valley, empowering her to remain well-connected within the real estate community.

Jessica combines her love of education with a passion for real estate through her instruction of Idaho Real Estate Commission-certified courses offered to real estate licensees and those seeking a real estate license in Idaho. She holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from Boise State University and an MBA from Northwest Nazarene University and uses her business background to strategically market properties and navigate the complex financial aspects of the real estate market.

Cancelations, Refunds, and Credits:
Registered attendees may cancel any class registration two full business days prior to the start of the course for a full refund (cancellation must be made within normal business hours). Attendees canceling within 48 hours (two full business days) from the course start time will be responsible for a $50 cancellation fee for both paid and free courses.

No-Show Fee:
Complimentary course registrants who do not cancel their registration prior to the scheduled start time and do not attend their scheduled course will be responsible for a $50 “no-show” fee. Registered attendees for paid courses will forfeit the entirety of their registration payment. Please be advised that all courses must have a minimum of 10 people to be held. If the minimum number of attendees is not met, you will be notified ahead of time that the course is canceled.
