Please note that failure to cancel prior to the class start time or non-attendance will result in the forfeiture of the entire registration fee. BRR reserves the right to cancel a course at any time prior to the scheduled date whether due to inadequate enrollment, inclement weather, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
