The class will discuss national case interpretations related to articles 1, 2, 10, 12, and 13. This course fulfills the requirement for Cycle 7 (2022 - 2024), NAR's Code of Ethics Training. She is the past East District Vice President of the Idaho REALTORS® and recipient of many accomplished awards, including the prestigious Certified Resident Specialist of the Year for Idaho. Janis is a past President and REALTOR® of the Year recipient of the Greater Idaho Falls Association of REALTORS®. She is a Certified Real Estate Instructor by the Idaho Real Estate Commission, having authored and developed many courses for continuing education credit. She also holds the CDEI designation (Certified Distance Education Instructor), having helped pioneer Remote Delivery classes in Idaho. For the past 19 years, she has been teaching pre-license and continuing education courses. She has also coached hundreds of new & seasoned agents to highly-successful real estate careers. Cancelation, Refund & No-show Policy Attendees who wish to cancel their course registration may do so before the start of the course to receive a full refund. Cancellations must be made during normal business hours and submitted via email to education@boirealtors.com, phone calls and voice messages will not suffice. Please note that failure to cancel prior to the class start time or non-attendance will result in the forfeiture of the entire registration fee. BRR reserves the right to cancel a course at any time prior to the scheduled date whether due to inadequate enrollment, inclement weather, or any other unforeseen circumstances. In the unlikely event that this occurs, attendees will be promptly notified via email.
