BRR’s "Opening Doors Collective" event is an event designed by BRR’s Cultural Diversity Committee to educate real estate professionals about programs available for culturally diverse clients in your area while also helping you satisfy your NAR Fair Housing education requirement. 

Why a "collective"? 
In addition to providing you with 2 CE credits that satisfies NAR's Fair Housing requirement, we'll be holding a resource showcase from 11:00 a.m. -1:30 p.m. with local organizations that can help you reach a more diverse audience and collect resources for potential clients.

The day will be structured with two identical sessions of the course (AM & PM) with a local resource showcase and lunch between. Choose which session works for your schedule, below:
  • The Fair Deal Playbook (Fair Housing) course from 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. 
  • Lunch with vendor booths from 11:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
  • Lunch with vendor booths from 11:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
  • The Fair Deal Playbook (Fair Housing) course from 1:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. 

Lunch and our resource showcase will be available between sessions from 11:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. for attendees.  Affiliates, notify Cameron if you'd like to attend (no CE): cameron@boirealtors.com.

Cancelation,Refund & No-show Policy

Attendees who wish to cancel their course registration may do so before thestart of the course to receive a full refund. Cancellations must be made duringnormal business hours and submitted via email to education@boirealtors.com,phone calls and voice messages will not suffice. Please note that failure tocancel prior to the class start time or non-attendance will result in theforfeiture of the entire registration fee. BRR reserves the right to cancel acourse at any time prior to the scheduled date whether due to inadequateenrollment, inclement weather, or any other unforeseen circumstances. In theunlikely event that this occurs, attendees will be promptly notified via email.If the course is canceled within less than 24 hours of start of course, BRRwill also notify registrants via email and via text message to the number onfile for the registrant.
